Intended Use: HoppiPet is not responsible for issues arising from a customer’s failure to follow the intended use of any item.

All transactions are encrypted; HoppiPet does not store your full card details under any circumstances.

Global Reach: While we primarily optimize our services for the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, we ship globally. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing to ensure delivery is available to your specific region.

Responsibility: If an order is lost in transit or arrives with a manufacturing defect, HoppiPet takes full responsibility for issuing a replacement or a full refund.

SECTION 5 - QUALITY PROMISE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Manufacturing Defects: We resolve verified defects directly via replacement or refund.

Misuse: HoppiPet shall NOT be held liable for any damages, injuries (human or animal), or losses resulting from customer misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the safety guidelines provided.

Pet Safety: Pets have unique temperaments. It is the owner’s sole responsibility to supervise their pets at all times while using any accessory or toy. HoppiPet is not responsible for injuries occurring during unsupervised use.

SECTION 6 - RETURN & HYGIENE POLICY

Window: You have 15 days (up to 30 days for specific items) from delivery to request a return.

Condition: For the safety of our community, items must be unused, hair-free, and in original packaging. Used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
